"Hame jeevit rehne ke liye kewal swatantra aur samman kee aavshyakta hai."
I am a native Hindustani (Hindi/Urdu) speaker, and can't tell what the heck is that supposed to mean, did you run through some sort internet translation thingys, because it sounds really weird, no one talks like that (except pundits and I guess the fellows who know sanskrit)

Hi Fleur. Yes, I took it off a translation website. I always wondered if the stuff on their was correct but it looked pretty thorough. It's suppose to say "Freedom and respect are all we need to survive" and it's from this website: http://www.websters-online-dictionary.org/translation/Hindi+%2528Transliterated%2529/index7.html
Maybe you could let me know if the sight is rubbish and I'll stop going there.

The sentence is not really rubbish or wrong as much it is unnatural, This sort of Hindustani (Hindi/Urdu) is very shuddh/paak (pure) and not spoken among general native speakers unless they have taken special courses of speaking in such a pure way.
But, in general, I would advise you and any other firang (foreign)-fan to avoid such sites because it is mostly written by people who aren't native speakers themselves. And it is associated with the stereotypical foreign tourists in India , talking in a unnatural/pure way in Hindi/Urdu from similar sort of dictionaries that comes across as a bit trying-too-hard and foolish.

I loved that airtel ad!! Loved it! I know he didn't do much in it, but ohhhhhhh does he know how to smile and glimmer!! yikes!
I tried watching the birthday interview, but it was all really choppy. Still, enjoyed the bits I could, and was happy it was in English (mostly).

I did like the ad as well, how could I not. I found another one that he did recently for fairness cream, but I didn't feel comfortable posting it. Too bad he feels the need to do those.
