My Name is Khan song?

Found this on youtube today. Not 100% sure if it's really going to be in the movie, but it's by Jal, and I liked it. If it is a song from the movie I don't imagine it will be situational. It definitely sounds like more of a background song, possibly underneath some serious movie moments.

What do you think?

Anyway, it according to my facebook countdown, we are 2 months and 9 days away from the big release. I read that there is a preview of the film at the beginning of the James Cameron movie Avatar which I am not interested in seeing but almost want to go just for the trailer! I'm crossing my fingers that that means I'll get to see it on my home turf.

I know these aren't new pics, but because I haven't posted any of him in a while, here's a few that I finally found and got to see from the India Vogue shoot with Kajol.

Holy hot damn. That's one good looking man. oh-la-la.

    *faint*

    minutes pass.

And now that I'm able to fully listen to the song, I think it's maybe playing while we see city scapes, landscapes... that sort of thing. Keeping in mind I don't know Hindi!

So when do we go see Avatar then? This weekend? Is it playing yet? :O)

Jules - *heart flutters*. It's a very nice photo shoot for sure! I think we'll skip Avatar. The trailer for MNIK should be out soon anyway on youtube. I have doubts that this song is from the movie, but it's still a nice song. Hopefully the soundtrack will be released soon.

kal ho na ho - Namaste and welcome to my blog. I hope that the movie does well, but I don't think it will be a disappointment to any true Shah Rukh fan. I personally love the Karan Johar/Shah Rukh team and can not wait to see this. I plan to go several times! Thanks for visiting.

The best way to enjoy a hindi movie is not to expect too much and when it does turn out to be exceptionally good, it makes the viewing a real pleasure.

I sincerely hope MNK does not turn out to be another KANK from the KJO stable - although I am having hopes it will not disappoint solely coz of Kajol who is known to pick sensible stories and roles.

Speaking of KJo Stable - have you seen Wake up Sid? It is very good - I really liked it.

I haven't seen Wake Up Sid yet, but I want to. I've heard good things about it also.

It's hard for me to not get excited about a movie, especially when it a Shah Rukh movie. However, I've never really been disappointed by any of his films and I actually really liked KANK (I think i'm one of a very few). I also usually expect good things from Aamir Khan, but any other movie I see I usually go in with no expectations.

I would like to see this movie do well simply because of the fact that it is going to be distributed by Fox and maybe that will mean more films will be picked up and shown in main stream local theatres worldwide.

Love that last picture, would have it a lot more if K-Jo hadn't been in it!! He totally looks out of place. Your excitement is infectious - now I'm really looking forward to MNIK too!

I know. Karan totally looks like he's hovering and out of place. Not even a smile on his face. But Shah Rukh and Kajol look wonderful.

Yay MNIK!!! Only 2 months and 2 days to go!

I totally second that "more films will be shown in mainstream theatres" wish!

Down Under, hindi films are regularly released in mainstream theatres (at least in major cities) since 2000 which is great! I am looking forward to seeing " 3 Idiots" on the big screen - it is our own family treat on 26 Dec!
